As with our other practice areas, we develop a plan for prompt and effective resolution with our clients for each personal injury claim assigned to our office. This can take the form of tendering our defense to another party or insurance carrier based on indemnification or “additional insured” contract provisions, presenting dispositive motions to dismiss a claim, alternative dispute resolution (in the form of mediation or arbitration), pretrial settlement conferences or the early procurement of a trial date.
Through the use of seminars and newsletters we seek to keep our clients apprised of all pertinent case law in the states in which we practice. We are always available on short notice to tailor and present individual seminars that meet our clients’ needs.
