As described in Corporate/LLC/Partnership Organization and Governance, we also represent clients involved in the establishment, sale, or purchase of businesses (including professional practices) and in establishing joint ventures, strategic alliances and agency and distributor relationships.

As in all business representation, our emphasis in commercial transactions is to counsel the client prior to making a decision or engage in a transaction and to analyze and discuss fully their complete business options before a decision is made. This allows us to advise the client of ways to avoid costly and time-consuming problems before they arise.
