Justin T. Nestor focuses his practice on workers' compensation defense. He has represented construction companies, trucking companies, commercial contract carriers, manufacturers, municipalities and self-insureds, and works closely with third-party administrators and insurance carriers. He also has experience in subrogation, personal injury and premises liability defense.
