Emily K. Muceus concentrates her practice in construction and real estate litigation and transactions. She has represented architects, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and mortgage brokers in lawsuits relating to construction defects, mechanics liens, bond claims, delay claims, change order disputes and fraud. Emily has experience litigating in state and federal court, and has participated in mediations and arbitrations.
Her transactional work includes drafting and negotiating construction contracts, commercial leases, condominium declarations and residential and commercial land purchase agreements. Emily has also negotiated and drafted non-compete agreements and other employment contracts.
