Betty Tsamis

Practice Areas:


  • Betty Tsamis concentrates her practice in employment and labor litigation and counseling. She has distinguished herself by serving as lead counsel on several high profile cases that resulted in favorable resolution to her clients. Ms. Tsamis also works with clients on issues involving: contracts; small/medium business; wills, trusts & estates; real estate, gays and lesbians; and misdemeanor cases. She represents both individuals and corporate clients. Ms. Tsamis believes in delivering value-driven services and is an "out-of-box" thinker in both fee arrangements and her approach to the practice of law. She works closely with clients to ensure all preventive measures are put in place and, in the event of a dispute, uses her expertise to bring about a resolution without resorting to costly litigation. When she is not practicing law, Ms. Tsamis serves as faculty at Loyola University where she teaches Labor Relations.
