John Wagener concentrates his practice in the litigation area and has substantial experience handling a wide range of litigated matters, including those relating to products liability, personal injury, premises liability and other tort law matters, insurance and insurance coverage, and commercial/contract law issues. John also provides counseling to business clients, with additional expertise in case management and regulatory compliance.
