Stephen R. Niemeyer focuses his practice on litigation and conflict resolution. He has significant experience handling a wide range of litigation matters from case onset through trial and appeal, including products liability, personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage and defense of insureds, and commercial/contractual issues. Stephen has represented clients before circuit courts throughout the State of Illinois and the United States District Court, before arbitration panels, the Better Business Bureau, the City of Chicago and the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
