Carter Esterling concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation defense. Carter brings over four years experience handling all manner of workers' compensation cases as an Illinois Assistant Attorney General, including wage differential, permanent total disability, and death claims. He has tried dozens of cases before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, taking cases from inception through appeal.
Since joining Bryce Downey & Lenkov, Carter has assisted with several workers’ compensation cases for a large grocery chain, a national electronics retailer, and an insurance provider.
